Throughout this process, please follow the following directions to ensure a rapid, error-free process. 

  • Read your agreement and follow all instructions.

  • Send all updates via text message and company email in a timely manner. No more than 5 days after viewing.​​

  • Do not apply for credit throughout the process.

  • Do not communicate with any debt collectors, leave that to A2K.

  • BE PATIENT! Your credit didn't go bad overnight, and it won't repair overnight! 

Keep in mind, we are NOT the credit bureaus, once we have processed your letters, credit karma will update you via email and mail. 

We work fast for each of our clients! As long as you've provided our information correctly, you're good to go!

What forms of identification are acceptable?​

The credit bureaus ​require one (1) form of identity​ when submitting your dispute letters; see the list below of acceptable documents:

* Valid Driver's License
*Utility bill with the correct address

(Gas, Water, Cable, Residential phone bill)

* Cell phone bill
* Pay stub
* W2 form
*1099 form
* Rental Lease Agreement/House Deed Mortgage statement
* Bank statement
* State ID

How are the fees and payments broken down?

We pride ourselves on offering a low-cost service to individuals that are in need of credit restoration. Our services are budget priced and at no benefit. The fees only include the cost of servicing, processing, labor, and postage for 1 round and nothing more, for credit processing services.

 

Any additional cost in our package plan is for the Tradeline processing. 

When will my letters be mailed?

Our process consists of manually typing your letters which is how we achieve such great results, quick turnaround, and permanent credit fixes. Therefore this can be very time consuming as we want to handle each customer with extreme care. Dispute Letters are mailed every 10 days; 5th, 15th, & 25th (weekends and holidays may alter these dates). All letters are mailed via priority mail. The cutoff to have your letters processed out is 48 hours prior.

 

Example: Letters mailed on the 5th will be for customers that have paid between the 24th - 3rd.

Rules to follow during the credit repair process:

1. Do not apply for any new credit or create new inquiries throughout the process until completion or until at least 3 rounds of dispute letters have been sent on your behalf and you have notified of all dispute result that are sent to you from the credit bureaus.

2. Do not fall behind on any open accounts. Late payments will cause your scores to drop and works against our process and overall goal.

3. Notify and email us promptly of any correspondence sent to you from any creditor and/or credit bureaus.

 

A. There is an average 45-day waiting process and you are responsible for notifying us of your results and any related correspondence mailed to you from the credit bureaus and/or creditor.

B. On the 3rd to 4th week, results will begin to show on creditkarma.com. Because your email is linked to your creditkarma.com account, they typically will email you when changes occur. You are to screenshot all score and credit changes during this time frame and text it to 404-399-2105.

C. The credit bureaus will mail your final results to the address on your license (unless another address was specified by you for us to use), typically within the 4th to 5th week. You are to email these results to us promptly by the 45th day, no later than the 60th day according to A2K through a2kcreditsolutions@gmail.com.

D. If you DO NOT receive results by the 45th day, you are to notify us via email @a2kcreditsolutions@gmail.com or text at 404-399-2105 by no later than the end  of the 46th day (weekends are not included).

The message is to include the following:

* Full Name
* Address
*Date of processing according to A2K

* Credit reporting site login

We will review this information and respond accordingly with any further information needed within 72 hours. If you do not receive a response, it is okay to follow up after the 72-hour timeframe. *NOTE: Notifying us of your updates and all received correspondences is YOUR responsibility. We will not keep up with your dates for you. We recommend you mark your calendar accordingly to the timeframe specified. You are to aid us in the timely process of your case by providing all and needed information within 3 business days of the request. We work hard to bring the most advantageous results to our customers. This is a joint effort: a partnership with you the customer. Failure to comply will result in the profile account being terminated.

What is the refund policy?

​A full refund is offered within two (2) days​ of the initial payment for the credit repair costs, only occurs upon request. We offer a 75% refund guarantee on all regular priced credit repair profiles for the fees of the credit repair service only, and a 25% refund is granted for any sales or specials of credit repair services (Tradelines excluded) if there are zero proven results after the first dispute round (45 days after, according to A2K).

 

Repairs under the special selections (above) are valued at $150. For all refund considerations you must have provided us with the screenshots of the changes screen on credit karma and the results you receive in the mail. If you do not have a credit karma account, you may provide the mailed results only.

*Your first and last name

* Proof of payment receipt

*The date of each start-round, according to A2K

*Your reporting site login

All of the above must be received to review your file for a refund, otherwise refund request will be denied.
